The Excellence Center for Training and Consultation was established under Doha Institute for Graduate Studies in 2015 to be a distinguished center, and a house of expertise in the field of training and consulting for ministries, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and all community partners. With the aim of supporting the four pillars of the Qatar National Vision 2030 and contributing to the implementation of the national development strategy based on enhancing the administrative and technical capabilities and skills of employees in various Qatari ministries and authorities. The center was able to chart a distinguished path in providing training, consulting, and research services. It also seeks to continue efforts to develop the national human capital through the transfer of modern knowledge and skills necessary to develop individual and institutional performance in a way that contributes to achieving national development. Over the past years, the Center has been able to implement many development programs and advisory services in various administrative, legal, financial, and other fields, which contributed to strengthening strategic partnerships with many organizations in the governmental, non-governmental and private sectors.

The center focuses on providing high-quality and professional services that are compatible with modern practices in this context. The center is also keen to seek the assistance of distinguished national and international experts that combines modern knowledge and pioneering practical practices in a way that contributes to improving the services provided, in which they meet the aspirations of partners and help them in improving the level of performance in various organizations. During the years of its work, the center was able to become one of the most established national houses of expertise, and it aspires to expand its scope of work in the future to include the countries of the region.
