Before joining the Doha Institute, Mirvat worked for Al Jaber Engineering Company at Doha, Qatar as Human Resources Assistant.   <p>As a human resources coordinator, Mirvat supports the DI’s human resources department in reaching the Doha Institute’s mission and vision. Among the tasks she attends to are preparing job offers, scheduling interview appointments, helping in maintaining personnel records, performance evaluations, benefits and salaries, and writing correspondences.</p><p>Throughout her years of experience in human resources, Mirvat focused on developing HR policies and procedures, and helped in the recruitment process that includes posting job announcements, pre-screening applicants, and the like.  </p><p>Mirvat has extensive experience in the Human Resources which started as she was preparing to get her diploma in the Human Resources Management she received from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University.</p><p> In her free time, Mirvat enjoys playing the violin, collecting and buying antiques, reading literature novels, travelling, listening to music, shopping, and bowling.</p>Human Resources Coordinator
Nadine AtayaSenior Human Resources Officer nadine.ataya@dohainstitute.edu.qa<p>Nadine Ataya is an HR optimization specialist with experience in organizational design, process management and writing organizational policies and procedures for the purposes of establishing and maintaining sustainable best practice. Ataya moved to the DI from the UK, where she worked in transformational HR in UK Higher Education for 6 years. She also has experience in Lebanon, where she set up entrepreneurships.</p><p>​Ataya graduated from Aston University in the UK with an MSc in Human Resource Management and Business and has been admitted into the British Psychological Society, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and the Chartered Management Institute. She is also qualified in Level A and Level B Psychometric Testing.</p><div>​<span style="line-height:1.6;">​At the</span><span style="line-height:1.6;"> DI, Ataya’s vision is to establish, maintain and implement effective policies, processes and procedures that are methodical, informative and relevant to academia and staff.​</span></div>Senior Human Resources Officer
Hani Abou ZeidAdministrative Coordinatorhani.abouzeid@dohainstitute.edu.qa<p>​Hani Abou Zeid is Public Relations Officer at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies. Hani is the primary interface between the DI and government bodies. He ensures the adherence to all relevant government requirements and regulations and the smooth facilitation of immigration processes for new employees. Hani also develops the DI human resources systems to be actively engaged in the Qatari e-government system.</p><p>Hani has been living in Doha since 2007 where he has been working in government relations, most notably with His Excellency Sheikh Thani Bin Faisal Al Thani. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in English at Alexandria University in Egypt.​</p><p>Outside of work, Hani enjoys watching and playing football and table tennis, walking and spending quality time with friends.</p>Administrative Coordinator
