The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the Center for Conflict and Humanitarian Studies at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies have signed an official joint statement of partnership, based on a mutual intent to develop and strengthen the response to humanitarian affairs in the MENA region.


Rashid Khalikov, the UN Assistant Secretary-General for Humanitarian Partnerships with the Middle East and Central Asia, signed on behalf of OCHA.
