The Executive Education Excellence Center (EEEC) in cooperation with The Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration at Qatar Chamber of Commerce organized a talk about the governance of family buesinesses.  The event took place at the DI in the presence of HE Sheikh Thani Bin Ali Al Thani, Member of the Board of Directors at QICCA and Dr. Yasir Suleiman Malley, Acting President of the DI and Dr. Farid El-Sahn, Director of the EEEC. 

In their discussion of the topic, the speakers focused on the method of governance utilized to manage and monitor output of family-owned corporation and businesses.  Speakers also delved into the economic impact these entities have locally and internationally.  In Qatar, for example, investments by family-owned business amount to approximately $500 billion.

On this occasion, the EEEC announce the launch of its latest program, the professional certificate in management and legal skills.
