French research center in international economics, the CEPII produces studies, researches, databases and analyses on the world economy and its evolution. The letter of the (Paris, Prospective Studies and Information Center).

UAE INTERACT
A daily updated website of the National Media Council, which gives information about the UAE. It offers also a PDF version of the "UAE Yearbook", and "UAE at a glance", in French, English, and Arabic.

Humanities

DITL
The International dictionary of literary terms DITL provides multilingual terminology eve of Humanities applied to the text. It is also an international encyclopedia of theory and literary history. It contains about 1,800 terms generally in French or English, but also in rare languages from all continents and provides their equivalents in a dozen reference languages.
Gallica : The French National Library on line
Gallica is the Digital French National Library. It offers an access to 90,000 digital books and newspapers, to more than 80,000 pictures and dozens of sound archives. This collection gathers famous editions, dictionaries and periodicals. It mainly concerns history, literature, sciences, philosophy, economy, political sciences and law.
Persée
Persée is a database for the digital publication of scientific journals in the field of the humanities. The entire printed collection of journals is digitized and published online through a portal which offers access to the collections as well as advanced functionalities which facilitate and enhance use of the portal's resources. The journals are selected by an editorial board, thereby guaranteeing the collection's scientific coherence.

Jurisguide
A digital guide intended to students in Law. Offers an overview of available resources in Law, and guidelines for finding information and documents.
Legifrance
The website of the distribution service of the French law: the constitution, legislative codes, laws and rules, official bulletin of the French Republic, European treaties, official bulletin of the European Union.

AMEEL
AMEEL is a Web-based portal and a digital collection of information for the study of the Middle East, including its history, culture, development, and contemporary face. Within this portal, Yale University Library integrates existing scholarly digital content with newly digitized resources to make such materials easier to find and use efficiently and freely.

This free weblog is created to share digital tools in the Humanities. It contains works on the history of Islamic philosophy, which is usually considered to be a sub-field of Islamic Studies.

DOAJ is an online directory that indexes and provides access to quality open access, peer-reviewed journals. It is a huge multidisciplinary database contains more than 800 scientific reviews in full text.
The Directory of Open Access Repositories - OpenDOAR
OpenDOAR is an authoritative directory of academic open access repositories. Each OpenDOAR repository has been visited by project staff to check the information that is recorded here. This in-depth approach does not rely on automated analysis and gives a quality-controlled list of repositories.


eBooks and Texts
The Internet Archive and Open Library offers over 6,000,000 fully accessible public domain eBooks. This includes a special modern collection of over 500,000 eBooks for users with print disabilities, and a very interesting curated, modern collection for the world at large.


Europeana: European National Libraries online
Europeana is a Digital library that gathers the collections of several European national libraries as: The Széchényi Hungarian National Library, The Portuguese National Library, and French National Library.
INTERNET ARCHIVE  
Non-profit digital library with the stated mission of “universal access to knowledge”.  It provides permanent storage of and free public access to collections of digitized materials, including websites, music, moving images, and nearly three million public-domain books. Public Domain is defined as no-longer in copyright and in practice means books published before 1920 in their original formats.

Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is the first and largest single collection of free electronic books, or eBooks. It offers over 46,000 free E-books in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese
SIGNETS
It is a classified list of bookmarks selected by French academic libraries. Bookmarks are links to online resources which are relevant in addition to the libraries holdings.
World Digital Library (WDL)
The World Digital Library (WDL) is a project of the U.S. Library of Congress, carried out with the support of (UNESCO), and in cooperation with libraries, archives, museums, educational institutions, and international organizations from around the world. The WDL makes it possible to discover, study, and enjoy cultural treasures and significant historical documents on one site, in a variety of ways. Content on the WDL includes books, manuscripts, maps, newspapers, journals, prints and photographs, sound recordings, and films.

Currently include 6705 hours of video on the major issues and topics in all disciplines of the human and social sciences, 388 interviews, 224 colloquiums and study days, 80 research seminars, and 50 special reports and documentaries.
